-  Place your order from Monday to Friday until 12pm and ALTERVISION will send it to you via courier or a shipping company. Delivery usually takes up to 6 work days, provided the items ordered are available. The aforementioned delivery dates don’t apply during periods of adverse weather conditions or strikes and in any other occasion of external events liable to affect delivery times.

-  The legal receipt is included in the packaging with the products. If you wish to issue an invoice instead of a receipt, please state so on the «Shipping» stage of your order.

-  All prices mentioned on our website are in euro (€) and include VAT.

-  The option to pick up your order from our company is offered, provided the online order has been placed beforehand.

After receiving our update that your order is ready for delivery, you can pick it up at the following address, ALTERVISION SA. Sakellaridi 24, 542 48,  Thessaloniki Ph.: +30 2310 322 031, with no added shipping cost.

Your order will remain at our company for a total amount of ten (10) days, after which will be automatically cancelled.
